二  二、需求岗位

     (一)千人计划(长期/短期)   

      要求:

1. 一般应在海外取得博士学位,不超过55岁

2. 在海外知名高校、科研院所、国际知名企业或金融机构担任正教授或相当职务

3. 长期:引进后需全职回国工作,连续工作至少3年

短期:每年来校工作时间不少于2个月,连续工作至少3年

       待遇:

1. 长期:中央财政给予每人人民币100万元的一次性补助(免税)

短期:中央财政给予每人人民币50万元的一次性补助(免税)

2. 学校对长期项目入选者可实行年薪制,并根据入选者实际工作需要,提供杰出人才配套经费及办公、实验场地。

 1) The National 1000 Talent Plan (Long Term/Short Term)

  Requirements and Responsibilities

  A. The candidate is supposed to gain his or her doctorates degree from foreign institutes and should be under the age of 55;

  B. The candidate should also be holding full-time teaching or research position in renowned universities, research institutions,   or R&D departments in famous overseas enterprises;

  C. Long Term:The candidate should be capable of working full-time at home for at least 3 consecutive years after the         application is approved.

Short Term:Able to work for at least 2 months at home every year and able to work for at least 3 consecutive years after   the application is approved.

  Compensation and benefits

 Long Term: lump-sum subsidy of ¥1,000,000 will be provided by the central budget (tax exemption).

 Short Term:Lump-sum subsidy of ¥500,000 will be provided by the central budget (tax exemption). The wage will be paid monthly.

    (二)青年千人计划

       要求:

1.属地球科学相关学科,年龄不超过40周岁;

2.取得博士学位,并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历(业绩条件特别突出的海外博士可申请破格);

3.申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位;已经在国内工作的,回国时间应在一年以               内;

4.为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力;

5.引进后需全职回国工作。     

        待遇:

1.国家配套:科研经费100-300万元,一次性补助50万元

2.地方配套:经审批可获得四川省提供的一次性安家补助50万元

3.学校配套

Ÿ   年薪不少于40万元、安家费及购房补贴80万元;

Ÿ   提供科研经费100-300万元;

Ÿ   根据入选者实际工作需要,提供办公、实验场地;

Ÿ   聘任到教授岗位,并授予博士生导师资格;

Ÿ   若进入青年千人计划会评未最终入选,可纳入电子科技大学“百人计划”支持,聘任为特聘研究员(正高级职称);

 2) Global Youth Experts Program

  Requirements and Responsibilities

A.  Candidates should be engaged in earth science and below the age of 40;

B. Candidates should have already acquired a PhD degree, and normally had more than 3 years’ research experience overseas (those who possessed a PHD degree from abroad with exceptional academic achievements may be exempt from the letter requirement);

C. Candidates should hold formal teaching and researching positions in overseas prestigious universities, institutions or enterprises before coming to China. For those who are already back in China they should be within one year of their return;

D.  As the elites among the peers in certain field, the young professionals shall have the potential of becoming leading figures in the future;

E.     Potential candidates should be able to work full-time in China after the recruitment.

  Compensation & Benefit

A.   From National Government: RMB 1-3 million start-up research funding and RMB 500,000 subsidy

B.   From Sichuan Government: housing subsidy of RMB 500,000 after approval

C. From the university

Ÿ   no less than RMB 400,000 salary, RMB 800,000 settling-in allowance and housing subsidy provided

Ÿ   RMB 1-3 million research funding

Ÿ   Working and research platform in accordance with the awardees’ actual needs

Ÿ   The awardees will be appointed as a professor and PhD supervisor

Ÿ   For those who did not succeed in the final interview of the Program, they will be supported by "100 Talents Plan of UESTC" and hired as Specially Appointed Researcher (Senior professional title)

(三)长江讲座教授

      要求:

1. 在海外教学科研一线工作,一般应担任高水平大学教授职位或其他相应职位

2. 学术造诣高深,在本学科领域具有重大影响,取得国际公认的重大成就

3. 聘期内每年在受聘高校工作2个月以上

      待遇:

1.      聘期内中央财政给予每人每月3万元奖金,按实际工作时间支付

2.      根据实际工作需要,提供杰出人才配套经费及办公、实验场地

  3) Chair Professors of Yangtze River Scholar Program

  Requirements and responsibilities

  A. The candidate should hold the professor or equivalent position in high-quality universities;

  B. The candidate is supposed to be academically advanced, with research recognized by domestic and foreign experts in the same fields;

  C. The candidate should be capable of working for at least 2 months at the signed university every year.

  Compensation and benefits

 During the employment period (three years), a monthly bonus of ¥30,000 will be provided by the central budget according  to the actual working time.

(四)长江特聘教授   

       要求:

1.1969年1月1日后出生

2. 一般具有博士学位,在教学科研一线工作;一般应担任高水平大学副教授及以上职位或其他相应职位

3. 胜任核心课程讲授任务;学术造诣高深,在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成就;具有创新性、战略性思维,具有带领本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力;具有较强的领导和协调能力,能带领学术团队协同攻关。

4. 聘期内全职在受聘高校工作。应在签订聘任合同后一年内全职到岗工作

       待遇:

1.      聘期内中央财政给予每人每年20万元奖金

2.      年薪制

3.      杰出人才配套经费及办公、实验场地

 4) Distinguished Professors of Yangtze River Scholar Program

 Requirements and responsibilities

  A. The candidate should possess a doctorate degree and be under the age of 45;

  B. Domestic candidates should hold a full professor or equivalent positions and should work full-time at campus during the    employment period; overseas candidates should hold an associate professor or equivalent position in high-quality universities  and should be able to work full-time at his or her position within one year after the contract is signed.

 Compensation and benefits

During the employment period (five years), an annual bonus of ¥200,000 will be subsidized by the central budget.

(  五)长江青年学者项目

       要求:

1. 重点支持高校面向海内外培养引进在学术上崭露头角、创新能力强、发展潜力大,恪守学术道德和教师职业道德的优秀青             年学术带头人,为他们“坐得住、钻得进、研得深”创造条件,把他们培养成为综合素质全面的优秀学科带头人

2.年龄不超过38周岁(1976年1月1日后出生)

3. 一般应具有博士学位,在教学科研一线工作

4.聘期三年,在聘期内,青年学者须全职在受聘高校工作

       待遇:

1.  享受每人每年10万元奖金

2.  学校将提供有竞争力的配套待遇

 5) Young Talents of Yangtze River Scholar Program

  Requirements and responsibilities

  A. The candidate should possess a doctorate degree and be under the age of 38;

  B. The candidate should make a figure in key areas of natural science and obtain international and domestic high professional   achievements and honor. His or her achievement should be of much social influence.

 Compensation and benefits

  an annual bonus of ¥100,000.

(   六)校百人计划

        要求:

1. 具有博士学位,年龄一般不超过40周岁

2.      具备在聘期内入选“长江学者”奖励计划、“青年千人计划”、“青年拔尖人才”支持计划等国家级人才计划或获得“国家杰出青年 科学基金”、“国家优秀青年科学基金”的潜力

        待遇:

1. 按教授职务聘任

2.      聘期内可享受有竞争力的杰出人才配套经费、重点岗位津贴、安家费和购房补贴

  6) UESTC 100 Talent Plan

  Requirements and responsibilities

    The applicants must have a PhD degree and be under 40 years old; should have the potential to apply for “Cheung Kwong Scholars Program”, ”the Recruitment program for Young Professionals”, ”National Program for Support of Top-notch Young Professionals” and so on.

   Compensation and benefits

The university will adopt annual salary system, and provide matching funds of startup money,housing and Relocation.

       (七)特聘教授

        要求:

1. 年龄一般不超过40岁

2. 国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位,或在国内著名高校担任教授职务

3. 业绩显著、学术水平突出 

       待遇:

1.提供科研启动经费: 20-40万元

2.提供安家费:10万元

3.提供购房补贴:第一个聘期15-25万元

  7) Professors

   Requirements and responsibilities

   The applicants must have a doctorate degree from a renowned university or a professor in a prestigious university of                 China, and excellent academic record, who is under 40 years of age.

    Compensation and benefits

Startup money: ¥200,000-400,000.

Relocation: ¥100,000.

Housing: ¥150,000-250,000.

       ( 八)特聘副教授

        要求:

1. 年龄一般不超过35岁

2. 国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位

3. 业绩突出、极具发展潜力

       待遇:

1.提供科研启动经费:15-20万元

2.提供安家费:6万元

3.提供购房补贴:第一个聘期8-10万元        

  8) Associate Professor

  Requirements and responsibilities

   The applicants must have a doctorate degree from a renowned university, proven academic record, and great potential in          achievement and advancement in career, who is under 35 years of age.

   Compensation and benefits

Startup money: ¥150,000-200,000.

Relocation: ¥60,000.

Housing: ¥80,000-100,000.

      (九)骨干教师

       要求:

1. 年龄一般不超过35岁

2. 国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位

3. 具有发展潜力

       待遇:

1.提供科研启动经费:10-15万元

2.提供安家费2万元

3.两年内提供过渡性住房一套

       9 ) Assistant Professor

  Requirements and responsibilities

The applicants must have a doctorate degree from a renowned university and great potential of success in academia, who is     under 35 years of age.

Compensation and benefits

Startup money: ¥100,000-150,000.

Relocation: ¥20,000.

Housing: transitional housing for a 2-year period
